Joely Meighan

Joely joined D.A. Davidson in 1995. In her current role, she is Co-Director of Advisor Solutions in partnership with Molly Sharp. Her primary responsibilities are in the product areas of Managed Assets (Advisory), Retirement Plan Services, and Insurance and Annuities. The key focus of her role is strategic leadership but engages tactically in all areas of these businesses as needed. Joely got her start in the Managed Assets Department and has worked in positions of progressive responsibility. She remains the Director of Managed Assets in addition to her Co-Director role. Joely is integrally involved in nearly every facet of that department, from working closely with both the investment and operations teams to working directly with financial professionals. She also leads relationship management efforts with our key fund, separate account and alternative investment partners, and represents D.A. Davidson on several industry roundtables. Joely has been a major contributor to the firm’s flagship professional development events since their inceptions. Finally, she is a member of Michael Purpura’s management committee that helps him lead D.A. Davidson’s Wealth Management business. With more than 25 years of experience in the securities industry, Joely brings to her work an in-depth understanding of financial professionals’ individual needs and potential solutions. She is a native of Montana.
